Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Loop ("the App"), operated by NYRAI LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to generate content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Upload content you do not have the right to use
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the App
• Generate misleading, deceptive, or harmful content

4. Generated Content

Videos and assets you create using the App are yours to use, subject to these terms. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.

We retain a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the App's services.

5. Pricing

Loop is currently free to use and contains no in-app purchases. If we introduce paid features in the future, any subscription terms will be presented in the App before purchase and billed through your Apple ID.

6. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services (such as our backend provider and, for AI-enhanced features, AI providers) to deliver its features. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and its underlying technology are owned by NYRAI LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its components.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYRAI LLC's total liability to you shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100), or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App's Profile screen.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
